Useful Information
Hirers are able to make provisional booking requests via their http://scopay.com account.
The requests can then be viewed by admin and either accepted as a confirmed booking, be edited or cancelled by admin as appropriate.
Hirer's View - Make an Online Booking
The Hirer goes to SCOPAY and logs in with their email address and password
Select the main Lettings heading
Click the + New Booking
Click the By Availability
Click Continue
Select the availability criteria required for date, time and length of booking
Click Next
The facilities that meet the Hirer’s criteria will be displayed on the screen
Additional information or attachments for each available facility can be viewed by clicking the information
Click to select the facility/facilities to be booked and Next
The hirer can review their select and add Notes if appropriate against each line of the booking request
Click Add another date to view further dates
Click Next and Send to complete the provisional booking request
If a facility has become unavailable during the time it has taken the Hirer to complete the request, a message will be displayed to identify which facility is no longer available. If appropriate they can remove this facility from their request or go back to add an alternative facility on.
