CLASSES - Some old classes are showing on my system - how do I remove these?

If old classes are displayed in SCO, this might be because there are pupils still assigned to the class.
You will need to move these pupils into a different class or delete them before you can delete the class.

1. View the pupil in the class

  1. Click on the Configuration tab
  2. Click on Account configuration
  3. Click on Pupils
  4. Click on the + sign next to the class name and click on the relevant pupil

2. EITHER Move the pupils to the correct class

  1. If the pupils should still be on the system, assign them to their correct Class and Year Group
  2. Click on Done

3. OR Delete the Pupils

  • If the pupils should no longer be on the system and they have no account balances, click on Delete this pupil in the above screen
  • Click on Done

4. Delete the Class

  • Click on the Configuration tab
  • Click on Account configuration
  • Click on Classes
