Enter Other Meals (Visitors)
Useful Information
If dinners are taken by adults or children who are not listed in SCO, these meals can be recorded as a number of meals using the Other meals option.
Note that there is no meal choice and the number of meals entered will show against the first meal code on the Kitchen Report.
Enter Other Meals (Visitors)
Click on the Dinners tab
Click the down arrow next to Select class and select <Other meals>
Against the relevant day and Meal type option enter a number of meals from 1 to 99
The amount owing and the number of meals taken will be shown in red
Meals entered against the lines Free School Meals and Universal Free School Meals will not be charged
To record more than 9 meals on one day, you may first need to change a setting:
Click on the Configuration tab
Select System options
Select the Dinners/Extended day tab
Tick the Allow 2-digit entry for other meals?
Click on Done
