Useful Information

This report is designed to replace dinner register books and displays an alphabetical list of pupils in each class.
The current balance of each pupil can optionally be shown, and free school meal pupils can be highlighted.

Dinner Register

To generate the Dinner register:

  1. Either:

    1. Click on the Reports tab and select Dinner money reports or

    2. Click on the Dinners tab and select the Reports button on the right of the screen

  2. Select the Dinner register

  3. Select the required Report date range

  4. If required, click the down arrow next to Select class and select the required class or leave the default All classes

  5. If required, remove the tick from the Hide account balance box to display each pupil's balance on the register

  6. If required and if default pupil meal requirements have been set, tick Exclude pupils who never have meals so that these pupils do not appear on the register

  7. If required, tick the Highlight free school meals pupils? box to display the names of free school meal pupils in blue italics on the report

  8. Click OK
