Pupil Accounts Generate Mail Merge
To generate mail merge documents:
- Click on the Reports tab
- Select Account reports
- Select Generate mail merge
- Select from the following options:
- Cafeteria account, General pre-payment account, All balances
- Accounts in credit?(to generate a letter to all pupils with a current credit balance)
- Click the down arrow below Select recipient and select a pupil. (If there are no pupils with debt, the drop down box displays <No pupils with debt>.)
- If required, click the Filters button to filter for:
- Minimum debt amount (the default is 0.01, i.e. 1p)
- Maximum debt amount in pence
- Exclude pupils whose family account is in credit?
- Click OK
- Attach statement report (to generate a copy of the Individual balance report)
- Select the debtalltemplate (or another template you have created)
- For schools using the SCO Communications module, select Email and/or Text if required
- Select Generate
