Linking the Pupil and Staff Data
In order to establish the link between SCO and the cashless catering system, both systems must have a common ID for each pupil (and staff member, if applicable).
To check which link you are using in SCO please see Pupil Import - Quick Guide
You will now need to check with your cashless caterer to ensure you are both using the same ID.
Note: If you are using Admission numbers check whether the format in the cashless system includes leading zeros or not.
