Produce statements to Hirers as follows
- Click on the Lettings tab
- Click on Accounts
- Click on Print statements
- Select the Hirer you wish to print reminders for or select All hirers
- Enter the required date range of the statements you wish to include
- Edit the template if required by clicking on the link
- Click OK to initiate the printing of statements. This will load Microsoft Word and automate a mail merge to produce one page for each selected Hirer
