Produce statements to Hirers as follows:

  • Click on the Lettings tab
  • Click on Accounts
  • Click on Print statements
  • Select the Hirer you want to print reminders for or select All hirers
  • Enter the required date range of the statements you wish to include
  • Edit the template if required by clicking on te link
  • Click OK to initiate the printing of statements. This will load Microsoft Word and automate a mail merge to produce one page for each selected hirer.
