Useful Information
Siblings with an identical Last name and Address are imported from your school pupil Management Information System (e.g. SIMS, Progresso, CMIS, Scholarpack, Bromcom, Arbor, PupilAsset, Integris G2) into SCO as a Family.
You can remove pupils from a family group if necessary.
Remove a Sibling from a Family
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Select Account configuration
- Select Pupils
- Select the Pupil list tab
- Click on the plus sign (+) next to the Family name to display the siblings
- Click and hold on the name of the sibling to remove and drag to All pupils at the top of the list of names
- When asked Do you want to remove Last name, First name from Last name family, click Yes to confirm
- Click Done
