Useful Information
There are 3 methods of recording income for trips and events. See the relevant section below for further details.
If you know which pupils are attending the trip/event and these pupils were selected when the trip was created:
- Enter the income via the Trip list screen
For trips where pupils will be added on receipt of their first payment, either:
- Enter the income via the Income screen or
- Enter the income via the Trip grid
Note that trip payments made by parents online will automatically update the pupil's record on the relevant trip, so no further action is required.
