Useful Information
The first page of this report displays a summary by class, showing the previous week's balance, the cost of meals taken during the current week, the amount paid during the current week, any amounts written off during the current week and the balance for the following week.
Each class is then displayed on a separate page, listing the pupils and showing the previous week's balance, the number of paid/free meals taken during the current week, the cost of meals taken, the amount paid, any amounts written off during the current week and the balance for the following week.
Weekly Reconciliation
To generate the Weekly reconciliation:
- Either:
- Click on the Reports tab and select Dinner money reports or
- Click on the Dinners tab and select the Reports button on the right of the screen
- Select Weekly reconciliation
- Select the required week from the Report date range
- Click OK
