Useful Information
The Statement Report displaying opening and closing balances for all pupils alongside payments made over the selected date range.
The report will be generated for Pupils and Staff.
Extended Day Statement Summary Report
To generate a Statement report:
- Click on the Extended day tab
- Select the required Club
- Click Reports in the top right of the screen
- Select the Club Statement report
- Select the required Date range
- Select Display summary only
- Click OK
