Useful Information
When pupil data is imported into SCO from your school pupil Management Information System (e.g. SIMS, Progresso, CMIS, Scholarpack, Bromcom, Arbor, PupilAsset, Integris G2), pupils with an identical Last Name and Address are assumed to be siblings and are automatically created as a family in SCO.
Families can also be created manually.
Make Pupil Siblings
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Select Account configuration
- Select Pupils
- Select the Pupil list tab
- Click on the relevant plus sign(s) (+) to expand the list(s) of surnames
- Click and hold on the name of the first sibling, and drag that name on top of the name of the second sibling
- When asked Do you want to make Last name, First name a sibling of Last name family, click Yes to confirm
- A family will be created, taking the Last name of the first sibling as the family name
- Click Done
