Change meal or session prices from tomorrow onwards
If you need to change meal or session prices to take effect from tomorrow onwards, carry out the following.
If you need to backdate prices, see the section below.
- Click on the Dinners or Extended Day tab
- Click on Settings... (top right)
- Click on Meal or Session codes
- Overtype any meal prices with the new prices
(Price = pupil price, Price w/VAT = Staff price) - Click on Done
- The new price will take effect from tomorrow
