Useful Information

There are a number of possible reasons why your receipt printer may not be working. You should check each of the possible causes described below.
Did you know that all receipts (cash, cheques and online payments) can be viewed by the parent on their Image Modified account under Your info, Payment history?

Our Toshiba Receipt Printer isn't Working

1. Did  Did you install the Epson printer drivers first, as per the guide?

If none of the above options resolve the issue, there may be a hardware fault with your PC or the receipt printer.
To check whether the receipt printer has a hardware fault try installing on a different PC.
