Online Payments made via Southampton CC ePayments and Xpay
There is no facility for refunds under the Southampton CC (SCC) ePayments and Xpay gateway.
You will need to issue a cheque and enter a refund transaction by by cheque within  within SCO.

Online Payments made via Portsmouth City Council ePayments / Luton Borough Council
For Portsmouth CC and Luton Borough Council schools, please contact the relevant finance team and request a refund back to the parent's card, then enter a refund transaction by Credit/Debit within SCO.

Online Payments made direct to a Catering company for the SCO Dinner money module
If online payments are credited direct to your your Caterer, you will need to contact the caterer direct to request the refund then enter a refund transaction by Credit/Debit within SCO..
