Useful InformationIn order to test a Parents' Evening video call meeting, you will need one staff member to log in to SCOPAY as the ‘parent’ on one PC, and then another staff member to log in to the SCO Admin Site http://www.scopay.com/UserWebapp as the ‘teacher’ on another PC. |

The ‘parent’ staff member should now be able to log in to their SCOPAY and select Parents' Evening - they will be able to view and join the booked meeting here.

The ‘teacher’ staff member will be able to log in to SCO Admin Site and select Parents' Evening - they will see the Go to video call button once there is less than 2 hours till the meeting start time.

Once both parent and teacher have joined the meeting, there will be a countdown until the start of the meeting and you can test your video call.
