Useful InformationThis report displays a list of pupils and staff who have been registered for dinner on the specified day, together with their meal choice. |
Dinners Today Report
To generate the Dinners today report:
Either:
Click on the Reports tab and select Dinner money reports or
Click on the Dinners tab and select the Reports button on the right of the screen
Select the Dinners today report
Select the required Report date range this will default to today
If required, click the down arrow next to Group results and select By class or By year
If By class or By year is chosen, the option New page for each class/year becomes available. Tick the box if required
If required tick the following boxes:
Hide free meal information – removes free school information from the report
Include non-meal codes – adds pupils who are having a home packed lunch
Show notes - adds any Account notes next to the pupils name
Click OK
If you have not entered dinners for all classes that day, a dialog box will remind you that The following x classes have not had Dinner Money records updated today, and the classes will be listed. Click OK to continue generating the report
