Message History Log (SCOPAY Admin)

View the Message History Log

1. Login into the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

2. Click on

2. Select Message history log

3. Any messages sent Today are displayed.

4. Click anywhere on a record to read the message

5. A key will be displayed against each message to show its Status

Search the Message History Log

1. Login into the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

2. Click on

2. Select Message history log

3. To search the list, click on Search

4. Filter using the following searches:

   1. Specific pupils, enter a Surname (or part of a surname) in the Account name field (alternatively the full name must be entered in the format Surname, Forename)

   2. Message type (All, Email or Text)

   3. Recipient (Email address or mobile number)

   4. Subject

   5. Online user

   6. Message status (Completed or Failed)

   7. Date Created (All, Between 2 dates or an Exact date)

5. Click Filter

6. In the list of messages, click on a message to show its details

7. Close the Message viewer

Resend Messages

1. Login into the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

2. Click on

2. Select Message history log

3. Search for the message if you’re resending a message older than today

4. Tick the Resend? option

5. Click Resend selected

6. Click on Confirm
