Useful Information

For parents to access teacher's meetings on SCOPAY, your teachers must be listed as Staff and linked to a Class in SCO

Assign Teachers to Classes

  1. Click on the Configuration tab

  2. Select Account configuration

  3. Click Classes

  4. Click to select a class

  5. Select the appropriate member of staff from the drop down list on the right

  6. Repeat for other classes as appropriate

  7. Click Done to save and exit the screen

Job Share Classes

It is not possible to link 2 Teachers to the same Class. 
You can add a new Teacher using the Surname of each of the 2 Teachers in the Last name and First name fields. 
Assign this new Teacher to the Class.
The Teacher would then display as, for example, SMITH BROWN.
