Pupil*

Before importing this data, ensure you have first completed the section Set the Pupil and Staff IDs
Note that the Parent Salutation field cannot be imported using the Wonde link.  We recommend using Dear Parent/Carer of <Pupils Forename> for letters, emails and texts sent from SCO.  See Amend Existing Templates for further instruction

Trip

Cohort

Importing Cohorts may impact the performance of the SCO system considerably due to the large amount of data imported

Do not select this option unless you know you require to import cohorts

Attendance (Absence)

Any codes that are used in your MIS to record absences can be mapped to codes in SCO.

  After import, absence codes will overwrite any dinners previously ordered for today in SCO.

 The pupils' balances will automatically update to reflect the absence.  See Import Pupil Dinner Attendance (Absences) using the MIS Link for further information

Can be used to import absences for DM and ED registers and for absence mail merge
