Useful Information

If you are adding a pupil and the system says that their ID is already in use, it might be that they were previously in the system, then deleted.
Restore the deleted version of the pupil and update their details as follows.

PUPILS - I'm trying to add a new pupil but it says their ID is already in use?

1. To restore a deleted pupil

  • Click on

    the 

    the Admin

     tab

     tab

  • Click

    on 

    on Database management

  • Click

    on 

    on Restore deleted data

  • Click

    on 

    on Pupils

  • Select the

    deleted 

    deleted pupil

  • Click

    on 

    on Done

2. Update the deleted pupil's details

  • Click on

    the 

    the Accounts

     tab

     tab

  • Right-click

     on

     on the pupil

  • Click

    on 

    on Edit pupil details

  • Make any changes such

    as 

    as Address, Class, Year

  • Click

    on 

    on Done
