CLASSES - Some old classes are showing on my system - how do I remove these?
If old classes are displayed in SCO, this might be because there are pupils still assigned to the class.
You will need to move these pupils into a different class or delete them before you can delete the class.
1. View the pupil in the class
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on Account configuration
- Click on Pupils
- Click on the + sign next to the class name and click on the relevant pupil
...
2. EITHER Move the pupils to the correct class
- If the pupils should still be on the system, assign them to their correct Class and Year Group
- Click on Done
...
3. OR Delete the Pupils
- If the pupils should no longer be on the system and they have no account balances, click on Delete this pupil in the above screen
- Click on Done
...
4. Delete the Class
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on Account configuration
- Click on Classes
- Select the class and click Delete class
- Click on Done
