Remove Preferences Set for Pupils or Staff
Step 1 Identify the Pupils and Staff
- Click on the Dinners tab
- Click on the Reports button
- Generate the Dinners today report, grouped by Class
...
Step 2 Restore the Deleted Pupil/Staff Member
- Click on the Admin tab
- Click on Database management
- Click on Restore deleted data
- Click on Pupils or Staff
- Select the deleted pupil/s or staff
- Click on Done
...
Step 3 Remove any Preferences
- Click on the Accounts tab
- For staff, click on View staff at the bottom of the screen
- Right-click on the pupil or staff
- Click on Edit pupil details or Edit staff details
- Click on the Preferences tab
- Click on the Dinner money tab
- Remove all Preferences entered here
- Repeat for any other pupils or staff
- Click on Done

Step 4 - Delete any meal codes
- Click on the Dinners tab
- Locate the restored pupil or staff
- Delete any meal codes not required
- Repeat for any other pupils or staff
- Click on Home
...
Step 5 - Delete the pupil/staff member
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Right-click on the pupil or staff
- Click on Delete
- Repeat for any other pupils or staff
Generate the Dinners today report again and the meals should have disappeared.
