Remove Preferences Set for Pupils or Staff


Step 1 Identify the Pupils and Staff

  1. Click on the Dinners tab
  2. Click on the Reports button
  3. Generate the Dinners today report, grouped by Class

Step 2 Restore the Deleted Pupil/Staff Member

  1. Click on the Admin tab
  2. Click on Database management
  3. Click on Restore deleted data
  4. Click on Pupils or Staff
  5. Select the deleted pupil/s or staff
  6. Click on Done

Step 3 Remove any Preferences

  1. Click on the Accounts tab
  2. For staff, click on View staff at the bottom of the screen
  3. Right-click on the pupil or staff
  4. Click on Edit pupil details or Edit staff details
  5. Click on the Preferences tab
  6. Click on the Dinner money tab
  7. Remove all Preferences entered here
  8. Repeat for any other pupils or staff
  9. Click on Done

Step 4 - Delete any meal codes

  • Click on the Dinners tab
  • Locate the restored pupil or staff
  • Delete any meal codes not required
  • Repeat for any other pupils or staff
  • Click on Home

Step 5 - Delete the pupil/staff member

  • Click on the Accounts tab
  • Right-click on the pupil or staff
  • Click on Delete
  • Repeat for any other pupils or staff

Generate the Dinners today report again and the meals should have disappeared.
