  1. Click on the Reports tab
  2. Click on Online reports
  3. Select Online access letter
  4. Select Staff
  5. Select one of the following options:
    1. Leave the default All pupils staff not yet registered to generate a letter to all pupils staff not yet registered
    2. Click the down arrow and select an individual pupilstaff member
    3. Click on Filters and select a specific Class or Year group or Account creation date (the date the pupil staff member was added to the system)
    4. Tick Include accounts already registered online? to generate a letter to all pupils staff in the system even if they have registered already
  6. Select the onlineAccountAccessLetter
  7. Select Letter (and Email for schools using the SCO Communications module)
  8. Select Generate
