For trips with multiple payments, set up a payment schedule to monitor who is overdue with payments. Use Assist Me to set up the payment schedule automatically.

Click on the Trips and events tab
Select the relevant trip
Click Change trip
Click on Save and edit payment schedule
Click the redAddbutton to create the first instalment payment
On the right hand side of the screen edit the Date and Amount of the first instalment
ClickSave
Click the redAddbutton to create the second instalment payment
On the right hand side of the screen edit the Date and Amount of the second instalment
Repeat for each instalment payment
ClickSave and exit
When askedHave you finished making changes to the payment schedule?selectYes
When askedDo you wish to print new payment cards for all the pupils on the trip?selectYesorNoas required Note: the payment cards can be printed out later if required (for further information on Trip payment cards, see the relevant section inTrip reports)
