Set up SCO to automatically update from SIMS every time you start up SCO
This - this will ensure good data integrity at all times
Note that each import can take a few minutes, depending on the speed of your connection to SIMS, so we recommend keeping the number of auto-imports to a minimum


Import Data from SIMS on SCO startup

  1. Click on the Configuration tab
  2. Click on Import from external system
  3. Select Import configuration
  4. Click on the on Set up auto import
  5. Select the Import type to Run from the drop down list
  6. From the Condition drop down list, select Start up SCO
  7. Once the required Import type and Condition have been selected, click Click Add to auto import.

Repeat this process for any additional import types such as Staff import required so that these will also import from SIMS.net as specified.IMPORTANT: if you wish to import other data types, e.g. Cohorts or Photos please discuss this with your Trainer or contact Customer Support.

  1. Once the required imports have been added, click OK to return to the Import configuration
  2. Click OK to exit.
  3. Click Close to exit the Import from external system
  4. Exit SCO.
Note: when
  1. When SCO is started each day, the

  1. data will be updated automatically
