The first page of this report displays a summary by class, showing the previous week's balance, the cost of meals taken during the current week, the amount paid during the current week, any amounts written off during the current week and the balance for the following week. Each class is then displayed on a separate page, listing the pupils and showing the previous week's balance, the number of paid/free meals taken during the current week, the cost of meals taken, the amount paid, any amounts written off during the current week and the balance for the following week.
