If you are adding a pupil and the system says that their ID is already in use, it might be that they were previously in the system, then deleted. |
PUPILS - I'm trying to add a new pupil but it says their ID is already in use?
1. To restore a deleted pupil
- Click on the Admin tab
- Click on Database management
- Click on Restore deleted data
- Click on Pupils
- Select the deleted pupil
- Click on Done
...
2. Update the deleted pupil's details
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Right-click on the pupil
- Click on Edit pupil details
- Make any changes such as Address, Class, Year
- Click on Done
