Kitchen Report - SCOPAY Admin Site
This report will display the number of Meals ordered via SCO in the office, via the Classroom edition or online via SCOPAY.
Set up Users in SCO
- Follow the instructions to Add New SCO Users
- Ensure that the user has Permissions to access Dinner money and Reports
- For Reports, select Deny to prevent the user from viewing reports other than Dinner money
Generate the Report
- Login into the SCOPAY Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password
Click on the Reports tab
Click on Dinner Money reports
- Select Kitchen report
Select the relevant Date
- Select whether to report by Class or Year
- Select All or Custom
- Hold down Ctrl (bottom left on keyboard) to select multiple Classes or Year groups
- Click on Show report
The report will be displayed showing the meal numbers by meal type, split into Paid, Free and Universal Free Meals
- Note that you can Export to CSV if you have Excel installed on your device
Click Close
