Kitchen Report - SCOPAY Admin Site
Useful Information
The Kitchen Report on the SCOPAY Admin site is ideal for Kitchen Managers and can be accessed from the SCOPAY Admin site via the internet using any web browser on a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
The SCO software does not need to be installed.
Kitchen Report - SCOPAY Admin Site
This report will display the number of Meals ordered via SCO in the office, via the Classroom edition or online via SCOPAY.

1. Set up Users in SCO (first time only)
Follow the instructions to Add New SCO Users
In addition, ensure that the user has Permissions to access Dinner money and Reports
For Reports, select Deny to prevent the user from viewing reports other than Dinner money reports
2. Generate the Kitchen Report
Login into the SCOPAY Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password
Click on the Reports tab
Click on Dinner Money reports*
Select Kitchen report
*If you notice reports listed here that this user should not have access to, refer to Step 1 above to restrict them.
Select the relevant Date
Select whether to report by Class or Year
Select All or Custom
If you only wish to report on specific Classes or Year groups, select Custom then hold down Ctrl (bottom left on keyboard) and click to select them
Click on Show report
The report will be displayed showing the meal numbers by meal type, split into Paid, Free and Universal Free Meals
Note that you can Export to CSV if you have Excel installed on your device
Click Close
