Pre-Payment Account Transfer

- Click on the Income screen
- Select Account transfer
- Select the Account type General pre-payment account
- Select the pupil's account to transfer From
- Select the pupil's account to transfer To
- In the Amount box, enter the amount to transfer (to transfer a negative balance, use the minus sign first -5.00)
- Click OK
- When advised that the transfer is complete, click OK
- To view the pupil's balances, click on the Accounts tab and view the Pre-pay bal column for the pupils
