Useful Information
Displays a list of pupils or staff whose account is in debit (pre-payment account or cafeteria account).
Outstanding Debt Report
- Click on the Reports tab
- Select Account reports
- Select Outstanding debt report
- Select from the following options:
- General Pre-payment account or Cafeteria account
- Include pupils
- Select a class
- Include staff
- Select OK
