Useful Information
To ensure the original balance from your cashless catering system is displayed correctly in SCOPAY you need to ensure your settings are correct.
Cashless Catering System Opening Balance
In SCO click on the Configuration tab
Select System Options
Select the Income tab
Ensure there is a tick next to Hide opening balance for cafeteria accounts
Click on Done
