Useful Information
To ensure the original balance from your cashless catering system is displayed correctly in SCOPAY you need to ensure you settings are correct.
Cashless Catering System Opening Balance
- In SCO click on the Configuration tab
- Select System Options
- Select the Income tab
- Ensure there is a tick next to Hide opening balance for cafeteria accounts
- Click on Done
