It is possible to delete templates that you no longer require.
Delete Old or Unwanted Templates
1. Locate the shared folder that the templates are stored in
In SCO click on the Configuration tab
Click on Template manager
In the centre of the screen, hover over the letter templates and the file path will be displayed
Make a note of the location
Close Template manager
2. Delete the templates
Open a My Computer or Windows Explorer window
Browse to the shared folder noted above
Delete any templates no longer required
Useful Information
All of the default templates are stored in the C:\sco\DefaultDataFiles folder, so if you delete one in error then you can copy it to your shared folder.
