SCO Communications - Checks for Emergency Closure

Complete each step below.  Use your browser's back button to return to this page.

1. Check whether your are licensed for the SCO Home School Communications module.

2. If you are licensed, but cannot see the Communications tab in SCO, check your User Permissions.

3. Do you have enough text credits?
   The fastest way to top up text credits is to call our Sales Team on 02380 016 563.

4. Want to install Schools Cash Office at home?  Download the installer here. 
   Once installed, you can log in with your usual email address and password.

5. Ensure email addresses and mobile numbers are up-to-date in SCO here.

6. View the contact details on the Account Contact Report (Communications).

7. How to send a general email or text message from SCO.

8. How to send a general email or text message from a web browser (e.g. off site).

9. How to send a critical incident message to all email addresses and mobile numbers from a web browser (e.g. off site).

Once you have completed the above checks, you are good to go!
