Useful information

Reminder letters for hirers whose insurance is due to expire can be produced via the Print insurance letters task link.
The expiry date of hirers' third party liability insurance can be recorded on the Hirers screen.



To Produce Insurance Reminder Letters

  1. Click on the Lettings tab

  2. Select Hirers

  3. Click Print insurance letters

  4. Select whether you want to print reminder letters for All Hirers, or Hirers with bookings after a particular date

  5. Enter the relevant date Whose insurance expirers on or before:

  6. If you wish to preview the template and/or make further changes to the master template, click the link

  7. Click OK to confirm your selection and print the letters

  8. A mail merged letter will open in Microsoft Word for each hirer whose insurance is due to expire
