Set School Year Groups
Important Information
School year groups should be set so that, when pupils are imported from your pupil Management Information System, they are correctly assigned.
For Dinner Money users, pupils in Years 0 to 2 will automatically be configured for UFSM.
To Set School Year Groups
This only needs to be done once and can be completed on any PC running SCO
Click on the Configuration tab
Select System options
Select the General tab
Enter the School first year group and the School final year group (see below for tips)
Click Done
Handy Tip
Year groups are usually represented as follows (use numerical digits only):
Primary schools 0 (for Reception) and 6
Infant schools 0 and 2
Junior schools 3 and 6
Secondary schools 7 and 11 or 13
