Parental Alerts
Once parents/guardians have created their scopay.com account and linked their child(ren) they can set up Alerts to notify them of:
Parents evening invitations and reminders
Low balances for school meals and clubs
New trips and products
Trip payment reminders
Alerts will be emailed to the email address used to create your scopay account.

If configured, alerts are sent out at hourly from 4pm until 11pm each day |
