Useful Information
Extended day clubs can be set to have a limit to the number of places available. If a limit is set, parents will not be able to book online once the limit is reached. However, school users can override the limit in the Extended day screen.
Change the Number of Places Available for a Club
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on Banking configuration
- Click on Pre-payment accounts
- Click on the + to the left of the Extended day club (such as Breakfast Club or After School Club)
- Click on the session name under the club name
- On the right hand side, enter the number of Places available (0 = no limit)
- Click on Done
This change will take effect immediately.
