The Calendar screen is used to enter and maintain bookings and is accessed via the Calendar button within the Lettings module.
The screen defaults to showing the bookings calendar which can be configured to show bookings either as a list, a daily calendar or as a combination of both, using the options at the bottom of the screen. The date selector on the right of the screen allows you to focus on a specific day or date range and the facilities selector panel allows you to filter the bookings to a particular facility or facility group if required.

From the Calendar screen you can perform the following actions:

• Add one off or regular bookings to the calendar

• Cancel an existing booking

• View reminders that are due
