Useful Information

The Account contact report offers the following reporting functionality:

  • All pupil accounts with their relevant contacts

  • All pupil accounts and any contacts added online (by parents) during a particular date range

  • All pupil accounts with Priority 1 contacts only

  • All pupil accounts without any contacts

Account Contact Report

To generate a report of all pupil or staff accounts with their relevant contacts:

  1. Click on the Communications tab

  2. Select Account contact report

  3. Select All dates, click on OK

  4. Select Staff if required

  5. Select a Class or an Individual pupil is required

  6. Note the options to:

    1. Show priority 1 contacts only or

    2. Show accounts with no contact

  7. Click OK

  8. This report can be exported to Excel for filtering purposes
