Useful Information

This report generates a mail merge based on the selected template (Gift Aid Request Form included by default from Tucasi) for parents to complete to confirm they want to gift aid donations to the school.

Gift Aid Registration Form

  1. Click on the Reports tab
  2. Select Financial Reports
  3. Select the Gift Aid Registration Report
  4. Select from the following options:
    1. Only accounts who have not yet registered for Gift Aid?
    2. Select All accounts orĀ an individual pupil
    3. Staff
    4. Click on Filters to produce letters/emails for individual Classes and/or Year Groups
  5. Click Generate
