If trips are configured for VAT, it is not possible to give a pupil premium discount. Check your trip settings, as follows:
Why can't I give a Pupil marked as Pupil Premium a discount on a Trip?
If trips are configured for VAT, it is not possible to give a pupil premium discount. Check your trip settings, as follows:
- In SCO, select the Trips and events tab
- Select the trip and select Change trip
- Check that the VAT code is set as a zero % VAT (if it is set at the 20% Standard rate, and you wish it to remain so, you will be unable to use the Pupil premium discount option)
- Select Save and exit
