Useful Information
When trying to access certain areas of the system, you may see a message that another user is logged on to the screen and you can only access with limited restrictions.
If you are certain that no other user is working in the same area as you, you can remove the lock.
Beware that if there is another user working in the area, removing the lock may cause data loss, so check with them first.
Lock Manager
To remove the lock in SCO:
- Click on the Admin tab
- Click on Database management
- Click on Lock manager
- Click Unlock
- Click on Yes
- Click on Close
