Import your school logo to display on the Trip payment card and Income screen.
Display the School Logo on the Trip Payment Card and Income screen
This is a local setting which you will need to repeat on each SCO user's PC, if required.
1. Use the Microsoft Windows Paint application to save an image file of your school logo
- Locate a picture file containing the school logo
- Open the picture file in MS Paint
- Click File and then click Save As
- Save the image as a .bmp file in the folder C:\sco\Graphics
Note: Also save a copy of this logo file to a shared folder if you wish to repeat this process for other SCO users
2. Upload the logo to SCO
- In SCO click on the Configuration tab
- Select System options
- Select the General tab
- Click the browse button (3 dots ...) next to the Logo file: text box. The contents of the Graphics folder will be displayed.
- Select the school logo file you saved above
- Click OK and then click Done
- Close SCO
- Reopen SCO and log back in
Your logo will be displayed on the Income window and the Trip payment card
Note: repeat this process for other SCO users on their own PCs, first copying the logo file from the shared folder into the C:\sco\Graphics, then following the instructions in Step 2 above.
