Useful Information
The Teacher Schedule Report displays a list of individual appointments for a teacher.
There is the option to include or exclude Breaks and Free slots; Parent notes; Parent contact number (if the school is using the Tucasi Communications module).
Note that report notes can only be viewed by the Parents and a Teacher (the teacher assigned to a class) - they will not be displayed for other SCO users.
Teacher Schedule Report
- Login into the SCOPAY Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password
- Click on the Parents’ evening tab
- Click on Parents' evening reports
- Select Teacher schedule report
- Select the meeting
- Select the Teacher (or All staff for all teachers)
- Deselect any options not required
- Click on Select
