This page guides you through the steps to edit a form and complete responses for a parent.

1. How to edit a Form
Once a form has been created you are able to edit/add questions
- Click on the Trips and events tab
- Click once on the relevant trip
- Click on Change trip
- Click the Configure button
This will open a new browser.
- Select Yes
- Click Edit next to the form
Amend and add questions as desired.
2. How to complete a Form for a parent
To edit responses for a parent complete the following:
- Click on the Trips and events tab
- Click once on the relevant trip
- Click on Change trip
- Click the Configure button
This will open a new browser.
- Select Yes
- Click View responses next to the form
- Select the Edit option next to the name of the child
- Complete the responses by clicking in each box
- Click the green tick to save
