Pupils/Staff can subsequently be removed from a Cohort
Remove Pupils/Staff from a Cohort
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Select Account configuration
- Select Cohorts
- On the left-hand side, select the cohort you wish to remove pupils from
- On the right-hand side, select the Class list, Pupil list, Year gps or Staff list tab
- Click the plus sign to open the relevant section
- Untick the boxes for the pupils/staff to be removed from the Cohort
- Click Done
If you wish to remove ALL pupils from a Cohort, tick the All pupils box at the top of each tab to select all pupils then untick the All pupils box to untick all pupils.
Repeat for Staff if appropriate.
